Part of Plymouth’s history

Plumer House has been a part of Plymouth’s history since it was originally part of an army barracks and a parade ground in 1891. In 1976 the current building was built and opened in 1978 housing the Land Registry.

In 2012 Plymouth Community Homes bought the building as its new head office and provide office space to let to local, regional and national businesses.
