Our specialist conference suite can host up to 150 people and has top-of-the-range Microsoft Teams Equipment, ceiling-mounted speakers and microphones, delivering a superior audio experience.
With a separate breakout area and kitchen, our conference suite is the perfect venue for your next large meeting, event, or training course.
Included in your Conference Suite booking is a laptop for presentations, three large TV screens, ceiling mounted speakers and microphones.

The conference suite can be laid out in cabaret style for up to 120 delegates or theatre style for 150 delegates.
You’ll also have access to a breakout area with kitchen facilities which can be used on arrival and for short breaks, lunch or smaller group discussions.
Full day hire from 8.30am to 5pm
Half day hire from 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm
If food is required for your event, you can either book this yourself or we can order this for you.
All catering requests need to be confirmed 3 working days prior to the event, including special dietary requirements and we can provide a menu ahead of your event if required.
As well as quick and convenient links to the A38, the city centre and the rest of Plymouth, Plumer House has plenty of parking options nearby. We do not have any on-site parking.
Any cancellation must be received in writing, via post or email. Full hire will be payable on cancellations made within 7 days of the event. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the event will incur 50% of anticipated charges. Earlier cancellations will not incur a charge.
Although every care will be taken, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings left in any of the rooms at Plumer House.
Any damage to our premises, furniture or other equipment during the time of your hire will be your full responsibility. If damage has occurred, please let us know.
