About our meeting rooms
We have a range of meeting rooms at Plumer House, which are available to hire by the hour, half day or a full day, depending on your event needs.
The rooms all have level ground-floor access, natural light, modern décor and IT equipment. Tea and coffee-making facilities and water are also included. You'll also have the option to pre-order buffet catering for an extra fee, and you’ll benefit from friendly, dedicated staff throughout your stay to make sure your meeting or event runs smoothly.
Our meeting rooms are available for between 4 and 24 people, making Plumer House a perfect venue for your client meeting, workshop or lecture in Plymouth.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be received in writing, via post or email. Full hire will be payable on cancellations made within 7 days of the event. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the event will incur 50% of anticipated charges. Earlier cancellations will not incur a charge.
Personal belongings
Although every care will be taken, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any personal belongings left in any of the rooms at Plumer House.
Code of conduct
Any damage to our premises, furniture or other equipment during the time of your hire will be your full responsibility. If damage has occurred, please let us know.

What time can I hire the space?
Full day hire from 8.30am to 5pm
Half day hire from 8.30am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm
Do you offer catering?
If food is required for your event, you can either book this yourself or we can order this for you.
All catering requests need to be confirmed 7 days prior to the event, including special dietary requirements and we can provide a menu ahead of your event if required.
Is there any parking?
As well as quick and convenient links to the A38, the city centre and the rest of Plymouth, Plumer House has plenty of parking options nearby. We do not have any on-site parking.
- Meavy Way Car Park - A long stay pay and display near Knowle House Surgery and Noakes Habermehl and Kerr Opticians
- Crownhill Car Park - 3 hours free parking within Crownhill Village
- The surrounding area also offers street parking along Tailyour Road and nearby roads.
